For a client abroad, that means a person on the ground: visiting a property or a supplier, sitting in on a meeting, checking work before it moves forward, and bringing in the right specialist when a question goes beyond his own.
His training is in architecture and project management, and it shows in how he works: a clear question at the start, the right people around the table, and follow-through until the job is done.
