Is Gibson an event planner, an architect or an estate agent?
No. Gibson represents you and coordinates the specialists: planners, fabricators, architects, agents. It takes no commission from suppliers or sellers, and licensed work stays with licensed professionals.
Is it only Venice?
Venice and the Veneto are the base, with Padua, Treviso, Verona and Vicenza close by. Elsewhere in Italy is possible when a visit is planned.
How do we work together from abroad?
A short call to understand what you need, then an agreed scope and fee. Updates come by email, message or video, with photographs and notes after each visit.
How is Gibson paid?
A fixed fee for a defined job, or a monthly retainer for an ongoing presence. Everything is agreed before work begins.
Which languages?
English, Italian and Portuguese.
Is our matter kept confidential?
Yes. Client matters are confidential by default, client names are never published, and a confidentiality agreement can be signed before anything is shared.
