Four mandates, one counterpart.
For companies, institutions and owners abroad who need things done in Italy without being here every day. Each mandate has a clear scope and fee before it begins.
Site visit and report
A visit to a property, a site, a workshop or a supplier, on a date that suits you, with your questions in hand.
- You receive
- A clear report within two working days: photographs, what was seen, and the decisions that need your attention.
- Typically
- One visit, or a recurring visit each week or month.
Representation at meetings
Gibson attends on your behalf, with contractors, suppliers, agencies, partners or authorities, prepared with your brief, priorities and limits.
- You receive
- A short account of what was said, what was agreed and the next steps, the same day.
- Typically
- A single meeting, or every meeting of a negotiation or project.
Oversight of a project
A renovation, a fit-out, an event or a supplier order followed from start to finish: schedules, quality and the people involved kept in step, without replacing the professionals responsible for it.
- You receive
- Regular updates on progress, issues raised early, and one person to ask.
- Typically
- The length of the project, usually a few weeks to several months.
Introductions
Architects, contractors, notaries, lawyers, accountants and suppliers found and checked before you meet them, with the brief prepared and the first meeting attended.
- You receive
- A short list of people worth meeting, and why.
- Typically
- A few weeks, often as the first step of a larger mandate.
Three steps, no surprises.
From the first message to the first report.
- 01
A private conversation
A short call, in confidence, to understand what you need and whether Gibson is the right fit.
- 02
Scope and fee agreed
A clear mandate: what will be done, when, and at what fee, agreed before any work begins.
- 03
Presence and reporting
Gibson is there when it matters, and you receive clear updates you can act on, wherever you are.
Where engagements usually start.
Three kinds of clients, and the first questions they bring.
Projects in Venice
- Who follows our pavilion installation for the Biennale?
- Can someone check our order at a Murano furnace?
- Who coordinates venues, boats and suppliers for our event?
- Who looks after our home while we are away?
Companies working in Italy
- Who can represent us in meetings in Italy?
- Can someone check a supplier before we place the order?
- Who supports us at a trade fair or an event?
- Which local advisers do we need, and who are they?
Working with Brazil
- Who can follow our partners and suppliers in Brazil, in Portuguese?
- Can part of our work be delivered by a team in Brazil?
- How do we check a Brazilian partner before we sign?
- Who keeps both sides in step across the time difference?
Every mandate starts with a private conversation. A few lines are enough.
